The Neuro & Digital Marketing Lab at IQS is an innovative physical space, equipped with advanced digital marketing software and state-of-the-art neuromarketing tools, that facilitates consumer behaviour research in order to develop products and services tailored to consumer needs.

This new laboratory helps improve students’ digital and analytical skills in a collaborative environment as they are able to participate in creating and analysing results that study consumer behaviour.

Subjects marked with an asterisk (*) on the progressively from Spanish to English track are taught in English. In the third year, all subjects are in English.

In the fourth year, students must select a total of 30 ECTS credits from the range of electives. The Final Degree Project and the in-company internship are done in the last semester of the 4th year (8th semester).

Earn a Dual International Degree

The Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing offers students the possibility of spending a full year abroad at a European university in the EHEA and earning a dual degree in addition to having the possibility of taking subjects in German or French.

To encourage internationalization for our students, the third year of the degree is taught entirely in English. In addition, students experience a multicultural environment as students from the universities with which IQS has a collaboration agreement for earning the dual degree are in Barcelona for the third year of their degree.

If you decide to do a dual international degree, you must spend the third year at one of these three universities: Northumbria University, Jonkoping University, Rennes School of Business, or Pforzheim University.

Dual Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing + Bachelor in Business and Marketing

Entire third year at the University of Northumbria in Newcastle (United Kingdom). This university is focused on research and business needs. It has been named “Business School of the Year” in the Times Higher Education awards.

Dual Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing + Bachelor of Science with a Major in Business Administration

Entire third year at Jönköping International Business School in Jönköping (Sweden). It is the first school in Sweden to boast dual AACSB and EQUIS accreditation.

 

Dual Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing + International Bachelor Programme in Management

Entire fourth year at Rennes School of Business in Rennes (France). It ranks among the 90 best business schools in the world according to the Financial Times 2017 ranking.

In-company Internship of the Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing

As part of the Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing curriculum, all students conduct in-company internships within the sector equivalent to 18 credit hours. Students can also take advantage of doing in-company internships abroad.

Admissions process of the Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing

Apply for admission

To apply for admission to one of our bachelor’s degrees, you must submit various documents to us so we can assess your application. Create an account and sign in here. You must save and remember your username and password as they will enable you to continue the process you have started.

Documentation to upload

  • Valid ID/Passport
  • Passport-style photograph in colour with a white background in jpg format (176×220 pixels).

Students from the Spanish educational system:

  • Grades from your 1st year secondary school baccalaureate studies and completed grades from your 2nd year.
  • PAU exam grades (if you already have the results).
  • If you are studying an Advanced Vocational Education Cycle (CFGS): your updated academic transcripts.
  • If you have started a degree at another university: academic transcripts.

Students from outside the Spanish educational system:

  • Grades from your last two academic years prior to accessing university.
  • Credential granting you access to the Spanish university system issued by UNEDasiss or favourable decision approving your previous studies prior to accessing university.

Admissions test:

You must select the date to take the admissions test when making your application, based on the established calendar.

Pre-registration payment

During the process, you must pay a €125 administration and processing fee for your application. Payment can be made online by credit or debit card. This amount will be refunded only in the event that a student is not admitted to the studies, notwithstanding the right of withdrawal under the legally established terms.*

The ONLINE admissions test is a psychometric test and also includes an English level test that you must take regardless of whether or not you have an official language certificate.

Admissions tests will be sent by email at 3:30 pm (Spanish time) on the date you have selected. The duration of the test is approximately three hours and you have 24 hours to take the test: from 3:30 pm on the day the test begins until 3:30 pm the following day.

The Admissions Committee will decide on your admission based on your studies, academic results, and the admissions test. The Admissions Committee will inform you on your admission by email within a maximum period of 15 days from the date you took the admissions test (not counting holiday periods such as Christmas and Easter).

A student’s admission is conditional upon meeting the academic requirements necessary for accessing bachelor’s degree studies.

The pre-enrolment payment is mandatory and is the step that must be taken before the enrolment period opens, during which time students must formalize their enrolment.

Once admitted, you have a period of two weeks to make your pre-enrolment payment on the online pre-enrolment platform by credit or debit card. Otherwise, it will understood that the student is not interested in continuing with the process and their pre-enrolment will be cancelled.

Pre-enrolment does not entail an additional cost as the sum will be deducted from the total tuition fees when payment is made. The payment is only refunded in the event that a student does not meet the requirements to access studies at IQS (not having passed the PAU exams, not passing studies prior to accessing university, or not having obtained their student visa), notwithstanding the right of withdrawal under the legally established terms.*

Pre-enrolment tuition fee for the Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing: €1,000

The enrolment period will open starting the last week of June. Pre-enrolment only ensures that a student can enrol in a bachelor’s degree up to 15 days after the opening of the enrolment period. Otherwise, it will be understood that the student is not interested in continuing with the process.

For students enrolling in the Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing who study at one of the foreign universities with which we have special agreements in place, the price of the tuition will vary the year they study abroad.

Scholarships and financial aid of the Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing

IQS offers three different types of scholarships for undergraduate students. To apply for a scholarship, students must have pre-registered and have been admitted to one of our bachelor’s degree programmes. Apply for the scholarship that best suits your needs based on your situation and circumstances. Discounts are also available to students from a large family or who have a sibling studying at IQS.

IQS is accredited by the AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business, USA), the leading international accreditation entity for studies in the areas of business and accounting. The Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctoral studies at the IQS School of Management hold this accreditation and international recognition.

The IQS School of Management formally applied for membership in the AUDIT programme on 18 July 2011 under the expansion category. To this end, it adopted the design of the Internal Quality Assurance System (SGIC) of the IQS School of Engineering, which had been submitted to the University System Quality Agency (AQU) for evaluation in the 2009 AUDIT call and positively assessed on 22 April 2010.

On 13 December 2012, positive feedback was received from AQU for the design of the IQS School of Management SGIC.
