Participants may request the cancellation of the registration up to 15 days before the start of the programme, and IQS undertakes to refund the full amount paid. After this period or once the programme has begun, IQS will determine whether a refund is appropriate and, if so, the amount to be reimbursed.

IQS reserves the right to cancel or postpone the start of the programme if the minimum number of participants required to run it and ensure its quality standards is not met. In such a case, IQS will contact the participant or the company to refund all amounts paid in full.
