Whistleblower Channel

The IQS whistleblower channel aims to provide a secure and confidential means for individuals to report risks, negligence, suspicions of irregular conduct, and regulatory breaches.

The whistleblower channel is an important tool to ensure that human rights are respected, high ethical standards are upheld, and violence and abuse are prevented.

All communications and complaints received will be investigated and the anonymity of the complainant will be ensured at all times. Where appropriate, the necessary preventive, corrective, or punitive measures will be taken.

The principles applicable to the treatment of communications received are as follows:

  • Guaranteed confidentiality and protection of the privacy of the individuals involved.
  • Priority and urgent processing.
  • Comprehensive investigation and resolution of the facts.
  • Guaranteed that action will be taken.
  • Protection against retaliation.

This channel can receive any complaint that, as set out in Law 2/2023, may constitute an infringement of European Union law or constitute a serious or very serious criminal or administrative infraction. Likewise, any conduct that may be contrary to the Law or to the policies, procedures, or controls implemented within the organization can be denounced.
