UNIJES has published its 2024–25 Annual Report, which outlines the work carried out by the network of Jesuit universities and university centres in Spain — of which IQS is a member — throughout a year characterized by strong dynamism and close interinstitutional collaboration.
UNIJES presents its 2024–25 Annual Report and consolidates a year marked by network collaboration

Among the most significant developments, the Report highlights the momentum of the Centers of Research Excellence (CIR), designed to strengthen the network’s research excellence and promote shared high‑impact projects. It also details the progress of the study on youth in UNIJES centres, aimed at gaining a deeper understanding of the reality, concerns, and evolution of today’s university students.
At the organizational level, the 2024–25 academic year was marked by the approval of the new Statutes of the Delegate of the Higher Education Sector (UNIJES), a key step in updating the network’s governance structure and in consolidating common frameworks for coordination and decision‑making.
The Report also highlights the extensive agenda of joint activities throughout the year. Notable among these were the 2nd Meeting of UNIJES Management Teams, held at the University of Deusto, and the network’s participation in international forums such as the HOPE25 International Congress at Loyola University or the Assembly of the International Association of Jesuit Universities, held at the Pontifical Javeriana University in Bogotá.
In addition, the Report mentions several transitions and renewals within management teams and peer groups — changes that strengthen networked work and bring new momentum to the various areas of activity.
For UNIJES, the Report represents both a record of the path travelled and a stimulus to continue moving forward with a clear purpose: to keep growing as a Jesuit university network, offering teaching, research, and social service distinguished by the quality and shared mission that characterize all its institutions.
