What do you like most about your job?

My colleagues and the possibility of contributing to creating “agents of change,” or so I would like to think! I work on sustainability issues, and I hope to have some influence on students and how they see the world of marketing and business.
What would you like to spend more time doing?
Professionally, doing more fieldwork. My research is mainly qualitative, and I would like to have more time to do interviews, group dynamics, and so on. That’s the part I liked the most about the PhD, and I still remember some conversations 11 years later! On a personal level, I know it’s cliché but, travellingand spending more time with my friends and family.
What do you feel proudest of?
My family and my roots.
What value do you appreciate most in people?
Humility, honesty, and empathy.
Where’s a place you’d like to visit?
El Bierzo.
What’s a dream you’d like to pursue?
Travelling to Nepal, a campervan trip through Eastern Europe… the list is long.
What do you have left to learn?
I’m learning to make macramé, getting to know Barcelona and its culture, and trying to learn Portuguese and Catalan… I think we learn things every day even if we don’t always realize it. So I hope I have a lot left to learn!
