What do you like most about your job?
Being able to dedicate myself to research and discover new challenges every day.
What would you like to spend more time doing?
I’d like to spend more time on myself, reading a good book, signing up for a yoga class, going shopping somewhere other than Mercadona… that sort of thing.
What do you feel proudest of?
Being able to work on what I like the most, and understanding how to combine it with my family.
What value do you most appreciate in people?
Respect. We should treat others as we want them to treat us.
Where’s a place you’d like to visit?
Anywhere with water, whether a lake, a river, or a beach.
What’s a dream you’d like to pursue?
I’d love to travel to the Greek islands. Or get an article published in Nature, I hope it happens someday.
What do you have left to learn?
Countless things… you should never go to sleep without having learned something new. Today, for example, I learned that I’m getting older: I woke up before the alarm went off! Somebody help me!
