Research lines

  • Optimisation and validation of analytical methods based on liquid chromatography (LC) coupled to tandem mass spectrometry (MS/MS) and high resolution mass spectrometry (HRMS) for the determination of organic pollutants in environmental samples.
  • Study of metabolomics applied to aquatic organisms. LC-MS/MS and LC-HRMS, and uni/multivariate data analysis using chemometric tools (Matlab).
