IQS has created the "Dr Enric Julià Danés Doctoral Grant" for students who conduct doctoral studies within the framework of the "Business and Territorial Competitiveness, Innovation and Sustainability" (CETIS) programme offered at the IQS School of Management. In the presentation of this new grant, held on 25 February, Dr Enric Julià highlighted the collective aim of the grant and his desire for it to be an internationally recognized and sought after grant.
The extraordinary support thanks to this grant for doctoral studies consists of an employment contract for a period of up to three years, starting in the fall term of 2022, in addition to enrolment in the doctoral programme during the three years doctoral students conduct their thesis. With this in mind, the thesis project must fall within the field of sustainability and should strive for close collaboration between the IQS School of Engineering and the IQS School of Management. Potential doctoral students interested in this grant can contact the IQS Registrar's Office.
CETIS trains professionals in economic and business research who are capable of joining companies that have an inherent need for research and innovation. It is taught jointly with the Universidad de Deusto and the Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE).
During the 2020-2021 academic year, IQS awarded grants and scholarships, based on academic excellence and financial aid criteria, for a total amount of €1,200,243.
