IQS Launches a Postgraduate Course on AI and Tourist Accommodation

IQS Executive Education has launched a Postgraduate Course on AI and Web3 applied to the exploitation of Tourist Accommodations, focused on the knowledge and use of new technologies such as AI, blockchain, and robotics that optimize processes in the value chain of accommodation for tourists.

The programme, which is taught jointly with Hospitalidad Emprendedora, specialists in these technologies in the hospitality sector, is aimed at professionals, companies, and entrepreneurs as well as graduates in Tourism and Hospitality who wish to specialize in this industry after completing their degree.

The first edition of the programme will begin on 4 November, and some of the contents of the new postgraduate course will include the following:

Web3. Blockchain, AI, Extended Reality, Robotics, and Big Data. Web3 in Hospitality, case studies and practical examples.
Blockchain. Bitcoin, Digital Assets, Digital Identity, and Legal and Technical challenges in implementation.
Artificial Intelligence. Algorithms, machine learning, and deep learning. Key concepts such as NLP, LLM, LMM, etc. Prompt engineering, Fine Tuning, RAG… Benefits and ethical and legal considerations about its use.
Robotics. Understanding cognitive computing. Usage Case Studies. Ethical, economic, and operational challenges.
Extended Reality. Metaverse. Avatar. Haptic Technology. Spatial and 3D audio. Current devices and equipment. Applications in the hospitality sector.
The future of hospitality in web 3.0. Emerging trends. Marketing 3.0. Revenue 3.0. Accommodation of the future.

The postgraduate course will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm for a duration of five months.
