The event began at the IQS campus with a discussion panel hosted by the president of the IQS Board of Trustees, Fr. Enric Puig, SJ. Afterwards, it continued at the International Centre for Ignatian Spirituality located in Manresa. The session was led by Dr Oriol Quintana, IQS Dean of Identity and Mission, under the title "Working at a university." The programme also included a guided tour of the mosaics in the Cave of Saint Ignatius Sanctuary, which the participants greatly appreciated.

Upon returning from the session, Dr Llorenç Puig, SJ, also a member of the IQS Department of Ethics and Christian Thought, gave a presentation entitled "Why the university?". Finally, the event closed with a group work and sharing session.
