Services

The university also provides other services associated with the ICT department, such as a technical suppport service which solves daily incidents that may occur when using  information technology tools at IQS, access to licensed software and other internal services, such as free acces to internet connection and IQS intranet.

In order to provide a more personalised response, ICT has made available a form on its website which the IQS university community can use for information or help. The requests are dealt with in order of arrival and seen to as fast as possible.

If you’re on campus, you can contact the Tic support service in person, which you’ll find inside the student services office, during student support service hours: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00 h.

We recommend you to use these ways to get in touch with the technical support service. If you can’t and urgently need a problem to be solved, contact the ICT department by e-mail: ticket@iqs.url.edu and send them your enquiries.
