  • When does the admission process open?

    Generally, in December each year, we open the admission process for the following academic year so that you can start the online pre-enrolment process and select a date to take the online admission test. This process remains open as long as there are places available in the degree you are interested in.
  • When can I start the admission process?

    When you are in the last year prior to university entrance (2nd year of Bachillerato or equivalent, depending on the education system in which you are studying). It is not necessary to wait until you have finished your final year to start the admission process.
  • Will I have to take the "Selectividad" to be able to access IQS studies?

    If you are studying in the Spanish education system, to access IQS studies, at the time of enrolment, you must present the documentation that proves that you meet the official university entrance requirements, therefore, you must have passed the Selectividad. In the case of coming from CFGS, at the end of the course, in order to enrol in IQS, it will be necessary to present the Certificate of Studies of Higher Technician for access to university studies, where the final qualification of access to the university is stated.
  • What is the cut-off grade for admission to IQS studies?

    We do not have a cut-off grade. However, as we offer official university degrees, we ask that students who want to access IQS meet the legal requirements for university entrance. In addition, it will be necessary to take our online admission test and pass it.
  • What documentation do I have to provide in my online pre-enrolment if I am not studying Spanish Baccalaureate?

    In the online pre-enrolment, which is the first step of the admission process, you must provide your grades from the last 2 years prior to entering the university, regardless of the educational system in which you are studying. If you are studying in an educational system other than Spanish, educational systems of the European Union or other countries that have signed international agreements with Spain, other educational systems and also in the case of the International Baccalaureate (IB) or European Baccalaureate, you will not have to present the homologation of previous studies at the time of pre-enrolment, but you must present the credentials issued by UNEDasiss at the time of enrolment from July onwards. IQS does not intervene in the process of homologation of studies. Each student must carry out this process personally.
  • What documents do I need to provide for my online pre-enrolment if I am a university student?

    If you have completed a university degree, you must submit a certified copy of the university degree or the receipt for the payment of the fees for the issuance of the degree and an official academic certificate showing the average mark obtained (scale from 0 – 10). If you have not completed a university degree, you will have to submit the document of the result obtained in the PAU/EBAU/EVAU and the receipt of the application for the transfer of your transcript of records that must be requested at the university of origin.
  • When can I apply for credit recognition?

    If you have subjects that can be recognised (whether you have completed your degree or not), you can apply for credit recognition once you have been admitted to the degree by applying through the IQS Intranet. You must attach: Official academic certificate, with digital signature or QR code, syllabus of the subjects passed, with digital signature or QR code and syllabus. *The amount of recognised credits represents 75% of the usual credit amount.
