The digital transformation of marketing and the growing need for objective indicators of consumer experience have created a demand for professionals capable of collecting and interpreting neurobiometric data.
This university microcredential certifies practical proficiency in the design, execution and analysis of neuromarketing studies using four key neurobiometric sensors: EEG, Eye-Tracking, Galvanic Skin Response (GSR), and Facial Emotion Recognition (Affectiva).
Participants will learn to collect, synchronize, and interpret multimodal psychophysiological data to understand consumers’ attention, emotion, and decision-making processes.
The course provides hands-on training within the IQS Neuro & Digital Marketing Lab and prepares participants to generate actionable insights for marketing, communication, and user experience research.

About programme design

Everything that takes place in the classroom is designed to generate a direct impact on your professional daily life.
Throughout the sessions, we will implement a range of learning dynamics tailored to each stage of the programme, in order to promote a practical, effective, and engaging learning process.
Participants will conduct a small-scale experiment in the Neuro & Digital Marketing Lab to answer a specific research question related to consumer behaviour. The project requires the use and integration of neurobiometric sensors (EEG, GSR, Eye-Tracking or Facial Emotion Recognition) and the submission of an analytical report presenting the findings and their interpretation.

IQS awards the Certificate of Completion to participants who undertake and successfully complete the full programme. The administrative processing fees are included in the tuition fee, and the certificate is issued on the final day of the programme.

Participants or sponsoring companies may request the cancellation of the registration up to 15 days before the start of the programme, and IQS undertakes to refund the full amount paid. After this period or once the programme has begun, IQS will determine whether a refund is appropriate and, if so, the amount to be reimbursed.
IQS reserves the right to cancel or postpone the start of the programme if the minimum number of participants required to run it and ensure its quality standards is not met. In such a case, IQS will contact the participant or the company to refund all amounts paid in full.
