Anti-fraud Action Plan
IQS, as a recipient and executing entity of European funds within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (PRTR), and in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations —in particular, Order HFP/1030/2021— has developed and implemented an Anti-Fraud Measures Plan.
The objective of this Plan is to guarantee the proper use of public funds through the implementation of a comprehensive control system based on the prevention, detection, correction and prosecution of fraud, corruption, conflicts of interest and double funding.
Furthermore, it incorporates risk management into all organisational procedures and reflects a firm institutional commitment to the principles of integrity, legality, transparency and zero tolerance towards any fraudulent conduct.
